Term of delivery time is 16-18 weeks.

The table top and the base will be delivered as unassembled. Assembly is required and under customer’s responsibility.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Buyer acknowledges that the products which are shown in the website are read and informed about the characteristics, technical details.

ARDITI DESIGN is not responsible from the orders with wrong details given by the customer. ARDITI DESIGN is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the order form in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.

If the product cannot be delivered within 30 days due to extraordinary circumstances (FORCE MAJOR) such as bad weather, earthquake, flood, fire, etc. and if the delay exceeds 7 (Seven) working days, ARDITI DESIGN informs the buyer about the delay.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal when it is in the case of a product which is produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the buyer.

Product Instructions of Use

*Avoid scratching with hard objects such as a knife, forks, penknife, etc...

*Avoid the product from the direct sunlight or hot places.

*While cleaning, use a soft microfiber cloth with any product without chemicals and dry afterward.

*Do not use any chemical products made for the kitchen for the epoxy, wood and metal parts. (you can get the specialized cleaning products for the different parts from Arditi Collection.)

*Avoid putting hot objects such as tea, coffee direct to the epoxy surface of the furniture. Use a coaster.

*If you scratch your product or have a different problem with your product, you can directly reach and send us the pictures of the furniture to info@arditicollection.com. 

Return

At the time of delivery, if the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please inform us immediately in 24 hours. If you have accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately in 24 hours and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Missing or damaged parts caused by Arditi collection will send it to your address in the nearest available time. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement. If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us, on top of the refund. If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit. We manufacture only the most reliable, highest quality products. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. For larger items such as sofas dining tables and coffee tables, additional packaging may be required to ensure your return is approved. Any damage to the item in return transit can cause your return to be denied.

All custom ordered resin and woodworks will not be eligible for a refund. If a piece arrives to you damaged, item will be observed by Arditi Collection according to return policy.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Arditi Collection, you can return the item within 30 days after delivery for a refund, except custom orders, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns if the Items that have been used or modified. For damaged items you can refund 5 days after delivery. It is very important to report the case within mentioned time of period so that a claim can be realized.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by accumulation, neglect, abuse, or failure to comply with the

manufacturer’s warranty. It also does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as a fire or flooding, or furniture used in commercial settings.
