Refund policy

At the time of delivery, if the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please inform us immediately in 24 hours. If you have accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately in 24 hours and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Missing or damaged parts caused by Arditi collection will send it to your address in the nearest available time. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement. If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us, on top of the refund. If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit. We manufacture only the most reliable, highest quality products. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. For larger items such as sofas dining tables and coffee tables, additional packaging may be required to ensure your return is approved. Any damage to the item in return transit can cause your return to be denied.

All custom ordered resin and woodworks will not be eligible for a refund. If a piece arrives to you damaged, item will be observed by Arditi Collection according to return policy.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Arditi Collection, you can return the item within 30 days after delivery for a refund, except custom orders, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns if the Items that have been used or modified. For damaged items you can refund 5 days after delivery. It is very important to report the case within mentioned time of period so that a claim can be realized.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by accumulation, neglect, abuse, or failure to comply with the

manufacturer’s warranty. It also does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as a fire or flooding, or furniture used in commercial settings.
